If donating to the Scholarship Fund, please indicate how much.
Please send along your choice of playing partners for day 1 of the tournament with your payment. If you do not specify your playing partners, the committee will place you in a group.
Power carts for the tournament are limited and will only be booked by Kevin Jackson to those paid golfers that request one.
