The Apex Tournament Organizing Committee is seeking volunteers to help prepare for the upcoming 50th Annual Tournament in 2024 and beyond.
Specifically, we are looking to bring more youth on board to support the continued sustainability and relevance of the Tournament.
We are asking for submissions from individuals who are interested in helping with a wide variety of tasks such as tournament promotion, securing sponsorships and donations, assisting with registration, securing and tagging prizes, working the door at dances, placement and removal of sponsor signs on the golf course, and general logistics.
Apex is a working committee and all applicants are expected to make a time commitment to equally share in the duties of the organization.
A selection committee will review all applications received and identify individuals for an interview ahead of the 2024 season (only successful applicants will be notified). The deadline for the applications is July 22, 2023. All other applications will be kept on file for future reference and consideration.
