Where it all began— golf golf golf is the centre of this weekend celebration! Young and old gather to join in one of the community’s favourite pastimes.
The long weekend kicks off with tournament registrants taking their practice rounds at the Truro Golf Club on the Thursday preceding the tournament.
When Friday morning comes around, groups of four golfers tee off on #1 as they head out for their morning or afternoon rounds.
Saturday morning sees all golfers beginning their rounds before noon, in a split tee start, in order for all to be back in in time for the banquet reception that shortly follows.
If you’re not a golfer, feel free to hang out in the golf house with a prime view to players teeing off on the 1st hole and putting on the 2nd.
