Apex Invitational Golf Tournament

Each year, APEX honours a community member who has achieved  success in the fields of athletics, education, community engagement, volunteerism and/or other worthy accomplishments. At our awards banquet last year, we announced our intentions to add an additional award at the provincial/national level. We are now asking for the community’s help to put forward the names of individuals who you feel are deserving of such recognition.

At this point, we are only asking that you provide us with the name of your nominee. We will eventually require some detail around the accomplishments of your applicant and a rationale as why you are proposing them for this award.

We are currently developing a template to capture the required background information and will share this document with all who submitted a nominee.
